Full Wedding Ceremony & Reception Set up

This is a great affordable option  for a full wedding set up with us taking care of ceremony space design, furniture, linens, flowers and the overall aesthetics of your day.


It is perfect for a casual beach setting or a venue that is a blank canvas. If you do not have a location yet please contact us at 305-709-1900 and we will go over a few options that you have for cost effective beach or venue rentals.


IMPORTANT: we are not a venue and client will assume sole  responsibility of reviewing & booking any venue recommended by us. Information on the venues and beach permits is provided to clients who signed the contract confirming that they hire our services and paid the retainer in the amount of 50% of total balance of the invoice.


This cost-effective package includes rentals, floral designs, table styling, and decor for both the ceremony and reception areas.


This is an affordable wedding setup so choices for wedding arches, floral design, table styling need to be confirmed by our planner.


We are always happy to offer additional floral installations,  luxury event decor rentals and furniture for clients with a more flexible budget who wish to elevate their wedding aesthetics to new heights.

Our expertise in wedding venues, connection with a variety of wedding vendors and experience in event production and planning allow us build custom wedding for each client's unique vision.


HOW MUCH IS A WEDDING?

This is the most common question we get from new clients, and the best answer we have is : "What is your vision?"


Total cost of your wedding depends on a variety of factors from the guest counts, type of venue, will you be taking on some of the planning tasks or you want us to take care of everything, what type of food and drinks is to be served , hours of photo coverage, type of entertainment, fresh floral design  and more.


Each client's journey is unique & we can provide the best assistance & guidance after we learn more about you. We want to make sure we are the right fit for you and that you feel great about every dollar you spend with us!


For reference most of our couples spent $20k - $40 k on their 2025 wedding production ( not including accommodations, travel and attire) and our smaller beach ceremonies start at just $1200.
