Two Cultures. One Creative Vision.
Ideal Events was founded by husband-and-wife team Svetlana Kruglova and Arnold Buelvas, whose shared passion for celebrations, hospitality, and beautiful environments grew into a wedding planning and design business.
Our story began with organizing celebrations for family and friends, where we discovered how much we loved transforming ordinary spaces into meaningful experiences.
Over time, that passion evolved into Ideal Events — a creative studio built around the belief that thoughtful details, beautiful design, and genuine human connection can turn a celebration into something unforgettable.
Originally from Russia, Svetlana brings a European-inspired appreciation for refined aesthetics, romantic details, and timeless elegance.
Born in Colombia, Arnold brings the warmth, vibrancy, and welcoming spirit of Latin American celebrations.
Together, our backgrounds influence the way we approach wedding design: combining European sophistication with Latin warmth, expressive creativity, and heartfelt hospitality.
Today, we bring that perspective to weddings throughout Florida, creating celebrations that feel elevated yet welcoming, sophisticated yet full of life.
